RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it with a copy of the original invoice. Any products that required custom cutting to size are not returnable. We will accept returns for all items that are in good, unused and re-sellable condition. The customer has 15 days from the receipt of the item to return it to Goodwinds. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and shipping charges will not be refunded.

When returning items please send via FedEx or U.S. Post Office (parcel post) and make sure to properly insure the items.
