In addition to placing orders at www.goodwinds.com, customers can telephone or fax their orders to Goodwinds. When placing an order by phone, fax, or email, please provide your account number if you have one, a phone number at which you can be reached, and the name of the person placing the order. For each item on your order please specify the item's six-digit inventory number, a brief description of the item, and the quantity you need. We will also need shipping and billing information if you are a new customer.
Orders can be placed Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) by calling (206) 632-6151. Orders can be faxed at any time by dialing (206) 633-0301. We also accept orders submitted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All orders are processed within 2 to 4 days’ time if all items are in stock.
