International Orders and Shipping
All international shipping will be done through the United States Post Office unless otherwise arranged in advance with us. Check with your customs office before ordering. Please understand the following before you order: we will not be responsible if your country refuses to let the package in for any reason. If this should happen and the package is returned to us we will refund the purchase price less the shipping. All international orders must be prepaid and will be shipped upon confirmation of payment by credit card or wire transfer. We charge actual shipping, insurance, and handling fees for these orders. Any tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver of the goods. We will state the invoice amount as the value on customs forms; please don't ask us to do otherwise. Orders can be placed Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time). We may refuse the right to refuse shipping to some countries that have known shipping scams, but we consider these on a case-by-case basis.
