Carbon & Fiberglass Rods & Tubes

Our carbon and fiberglass products provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability. Carbon is a high-strength, rigid, inert material, while fiberglass is flexible and electrically non-conductive. A variety of profiles are available, including:

Precision CNC Machining. Services include drilling, milling, routing, grinding, cutting, turning, and end forming.
Bonding and Adhesion Optimization. Proper finishing can improve adhesive compatibility for secure connections and attachments.
Tailored Joint Solutions. We can create custom-formed ends for joints, including snap-fit, sanding, drilled, and threaded designs.
Tight Tolerances. Our expertise lies in cutting carbon and fiberglass rods and tubes with exceptional precision. We can meet diameter tolerances as narrow as ±0.005″ for projects that require high accuracy. For most customers, our standard cut tolerance of ±0.062″ is more than sufficient.
